The 31st Annual National Senior Health and Fitness Day on Wednesday, May 29 in New York City

The 31st annual National Senior Health and Fitness Day took place on Wednesday, May 29 in New York City!

The event took place at Foley Square, hosted by the NYC Department for the Aging. We were thrilled to see the Krakus Senior Center PSC and John Paul II Friendship Senior Center join forces with other groups from across New York City for the Intergenerational Groove dance event!

Our seniors danced their hearts out, promoting physical activity and healthy living at every age. It was a day filled with smiles, joy, and inspiration for all.

A big thank you to the NYC Department for the Aging for the invitation! We had an absolute blast!

Remember, health and fitness are important at every stage of life. Let’s keep moving and stay active!
