On Friday, April 28th, Krakus Senior Center held a music workshop, “Breath the engine life – how to breath correctly, live long and sing beautifully!” conducted by professor Iwona Wiśniewska-Salomon from Szczecin, Poland. During the class, Krakus’ members had a chance to discover the secrets of breathing correctly. They also learned how to stimulate their muscles to work while laughing and having fun together. We would like to thank professor Iwona Wisniewska-Salomon for the fun and experience of her wonderful workshop!
