The aim of the challenge is to encourage regular wearing of appropriate footwear and clothing during fitness training – during and after its completion
Appropriate footwear is primarily for your safety and protection. Well-chosen shoes ensure the stability of the foot during exercise and prevent serious injuries.
Sportswear will improve the quality of the exercises, because it will not limit the range of motion.
Take care of your comfort, and you will feel the differences after the first training!
