Friday, January 20: Virtual tour of the American Folk Art Museum

The American Folk Art Museum in New York City invites you to join us on ZOOM Friday, January 20th from 10am to 11am EST (4pm to 5pm CET) for a bilingual Polish/English virtual tour of the much-acclaimed current exhibition, “Morris Hirshfield Rediscovered” with the Folk Art Reflections program. We hope you will join us to learn about the life and work of this Polish American surrealist painter, who had a brief but spectacular career as an artist after lifelong work in the garment industry. Folk Art Reflections is an interactive, discussion-based program designed for individuals living with dementia and their family and caregivers. Bring your observations and ideas to share with Access Educator Elizabeth Gronke, who will lead the conversation with Polish translations by Gallery Guide Krystyna Pitula. This program is free of charge and registration is required, so please reply to this email to register. We will send you the link to sign into the zoom session a day before the event with a reminder email.

Looking forward to welcoming you on zoom!
