Today, the four-week course “A Matter Of Balance” started at Krakus Senior Center. The course is devoted to focusing on keeping correct posture, body awareness as well as preventing falls. The sessions are taking place twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and are conducted by fitness trainer Natalia and program coordinator Zuzia. During the course, seniors have a chance to obtain useful information and also meet with a physical therapist to discuss their concerns.
