Join us on Thursday, June 20 at 11:00 AM at the Krakus Senior Center for an important health-focused meeting. This session will once again cover Parkinson’s disease, its symptoms, and simple physical exercises that can help manage everyday challenges and improve well-being. Ms. Marta, a dedicated specialist who led our previous session, shares her expertise with warmth and clarity. Our last meeting was a big success – seniors were deeply engaged, asked thoughtful questions, and enthusiastically participated in the demonstration exercises. But that’s not all! After lunch, we will continue with mental fitness exercises – fun, interactive, and great for training memory, focus, and problem-solving skills. These sessions are always popular and enjoyed by our participants.
