Lidia Laszko takes on a culinary challenge representing Krakus Senior Center!

We are incredibly proud to announce that our wonderful Head Chef at Krakus Senior Center PSC, Lidia Laszko, will represent our center, operating under the Polish and Slavic Center, at the prestigious Plant-Based Cook-Off, organized by NYC Department for the Aging!
This special event promotes healthy, plant-based cooking, and Lidia will present one of our most beloved dishes – stuffed peppers, prepared in a plant-based version! With her talent and years of experience, she will prove that traditional flavors can be beautifully combined with a modern, health-conscious approach.
It is a great honor for Krakus Senior Center to be part of this esteemed competition. We are cheering for Lidia and have no doubt that she will impress the jury with her culinary artistry!
