On Friday, February 28th, a Charity Opera Concert took place at the JP2 Friendship Center, marking the conclusion of workshops organized by Greve Opera and Opera America. During these workshops, seniors had the opportunity to explore the richness of classical music, with its beautiful harmonies, intricate structures, and deep emotional expression.
The concert featured talented singers: Ally Christiansen, Xuelian Wu, Damian Fanis, and Jin-Hee Lee, who performed works by renowned composers such as G. Verdi, L. van Beethoven, and F. Schubert.
The project was also presented at St. Stanislaus Martyr Church. This special event was not only a profound musical experience but also a wonderful example of successful collaboration between organizations and the integration of communities.
