On January 23rd, we warmly invite you to a special art exhibition by the talented students of the Krakus Senior Center, part of the Polish and Slavic Center (PSC). The exhibit, titled “Space and Color”, showcases the incredible results of their collaboration under the guidance of the gifted artist and instructor, Agnieszka Nowińska. This time, we are honored to present works created as part of the Met Art Box project, in partnership with The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. With the support and dedication of Grace Rago, Senior Project Manager of Education, the participants have produced a series of inspiring and thought-provoking artworks. We also wish to highlight the group’s participation in a wonderful event, the Theatre and Opera Society, held in November and co-organized by Kasia Drucker Voice. During this event, our seniors presented works inspired by Polish Independence Day, November 11th.
This truly exceptional group is full of talent, creativity, and energy. Their accomplishments are made possible through the dedication of our enthusiastic program coordinator, Urszula Galej, and our director, Arthur Pustuła, who always provide invaluable support and encouragement. Our heartfelt thanks go to the Polish and Slavic Center (PSC) for sponsoring prizes for participants.
Don’t miss this opportunity to admire these extraordinary works and meet their creators! The exhibition’s grand opening will take place on January 23rd.
